Orient. Execute. Progress.
OX Technologies LLC is a software company developing OX, an AI-powered fitness platform. OX designs each training session around the person doing it — their goals, their equipment, their injuries, and what they actually did last week — then guides them through it rep by rep and tracks what changed.
OX is one platform with three jobs: decide the workout, coach it, and learn from it.
Every workout is generated for the individual — training goal, available equipment, time budget, injuries and medical limits, and recent training load. Nothing is drawn from a fixed template library.
A guided timer runs the session from first rep to last, showing each exercise as it comes, calling rest periods, and keeping the athlete on pace without them handling a phone.
Completed sessions, performance summaries, strength baselines and per-muscle workload are tracked over time, and become inputs to the next session the platform designs.
Members can share sessions, follow each other, and connect with a “watcher” — a coach or training partner who can review plans and join live video check-ins.
A short walk through what happens between opening the app and finishing a session.
1. The platform learns the athlete. A short health and lifestyle profile — goals, experience, equipment, injuries, constraints — collected in small batches over time rather than one long form.
2. It designs the session. The engine selects the workout format, exercises, loads and timing for that day, and writes a plan the athlete can read and adjust in plain language before starting.
3. It coaches the work. The guided timer takes over: each exercise is shown and timed, with cues for work and rest.
4. It measures and adapts. The finished session is summarized, muscle workload is updated, and the next design accounts for both.
