These terms govern your use of the OX fitness platform, operated by OX Technologies LLC (“OX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
OX provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Training carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, illness, are pregnant, or have any medical condition. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel unwell. You are responsible for judging whether any suggested exercise is appropriate and safe for you, and for using proper form and suitable equipment.
You keep ownership of the content you upload — posts, stories, photos, videos, and messages. You grant us a licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
OX lets members connect with a coach or training partner (“watcher”) who can view shared training information and join sessions. Watchers are independent users, not employees or agents of OX. We do not verify their qualifications, and we are not responsible for guidance they provide. You choose who to connect with, and you can disconnect at any time.
The service is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features that require payment will be clearly identified before you are charged, together with their price and billing terms.
You may stop using OX and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and OX Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your use of training guidance provided through the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which OX Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
